Food Stylist | Food Consultant

A degree holder from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, to a chef at a Five Star Hotel. I then assisted one of India’s Leading Cookbook author in food and recipe research. After heading the recipe research team for over a decade and completing the release over 60 cookbooks, I ventured on my own into recipe development and Food Styling.

During my tenure as the head of Research, I researched over 1000 recipes, apart from extensive research conducted on various cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Gourmet etc…I was assisted by a nutritionist, to research on recipes for healthy eating for Diabetics, Heart Patients, Pregnancy, for Toddlers etc….

My experience as a Food Consultant includes menu development, conducting tasting sessions and commercialization of recipes for an upcoming restaurant chain. I have also developed sauces for a ‘Ready to Eat” range.

I completed a Food Styling Course in New York, and as a food stylist have experienced shooting under most diverse conditions, which enables me to anticipate and solve problems that arise in unpredictable situations, ensuring smooth running and high quality shots. Few of my clients include Knorr, McCain, Kelloggs etc….
